The listing says it plainly and it is worth repeating: we own our equipment, which lowers overhead and passes the savings on. There is no day rate on a rented machine baked into your number, and there is no reason to rush a job to get gear back to a yard by five.
It also changes what we can say yes to. Small jobs that a bigger operation cannot afford to roll a crew out for are fine here, which is how a lot of these jobs start, with one palm or one stump and then the rest of the yard later.

6/19/2024 update: Jacob was just out to pull up part of my paver patio that was starting to have sinking and heaving pavers. He removed the pavers in the impacted area, repaired the base, replaced the pavers, used a plate tamper to level everything out, then finished with a fresh coat of sand and a fresh edge coat of concrete.
Jacob showed up as promised to give an estimate. His fees were reasonable and the crew returned as promised to do the job. They were quick, thorough and even went the extra mile with last minute add-ons. I can’t say enough good about the punctuality and quality. I highly recommend Urban Outdoor Solutions. I had an awesome experience with Jacob. I got his number from a friend. He came out same day for my tree estimate. After telling him what I wanted a dying tree removed that was threatening my power line he went above and beyond and included trimming my palm tree and pine tree at no additional cost. His prices are by far the best around.
I absolutely love this company! Jacob is very professional and knows about the different types of trees and where to cut them for healthy results. It is so refreshing to have an honest company that charges a reasonable price. Jacob is a hard worker and he gets the job done fast. He even helped me carry out my own yard waste to the curb.

He & his guys cleaned that, and picked up all the other crap in my yard for an incredibly reasonable price, getting soaked in the process as a band came through! I will never lose his card!

We look at the tree, say what it takes to get it down without hurting anything, and give you the number. You decide from there, and the number does not move once the saw starts.
We own the equipment, so you pay less
Nothing is rented by the day and nobody is marking a rental up to you. That is where the low overhead comes from, and it goes straight into what you pay.

Ask for it and a link comes to your email that you can open yourself. Anybody putting a rope over your roof should be able to do that in a minute.
